stop repeating felony domestic violence

i was kidnapped beaten left with a broken neck, back, hips, and a cracked skull the man who did this to me pleaded insane and did 6 months in mental ward got out and to this day has hurt other. He thinks its all funny. i fell the justice department has failed me in so many way. i asking to make it public so the women can check to see if he has been involved in hurting other rather it be male or female. i fell that the domestic violence rate would drop. if we make them register like sex offenders have to it could help save lifes.
