Demand Insurance for the Middle Class.

Ms. President the current health care system is out of balance. There should be a better health insurance for middle class families.

Currently there are only two options: get government based insurance, or pay an assured about for private insurance that does not cover as much as the government medical insurance. Why can't there be a middle? I am asking for a standard 200 dollar medical insurance per family.
