Demand Thomas Boden gets registered as a Sex Offender!

Thomas Boden was not convicted for the rape against ex girlfriends 2 year old daughter. Prosecutors decided to give him a please deal and probation instead of dealing with the situation because they didn't want the 2 year old to deal with a testimony. Generally I understand. Who could believe what a child let alone a 2 year old, but when ALL evidence points to it they wouldn't need the testimony. Bloody diapers, baby wipes, dna all over her! Vaginal tearing and a conformation from the doctor that she had been sexually assaulted! How much evidence do they need? I say if not jail time which he obviously deserves, then AT LEAST register this man as a sex offender so people are aware of his capability! From a sexually assaulted victim to society, please send this man away! No one deserves this and knowing this happened to a TWO YEAR OLD breaks my heart to pieces.
