Boycott the film Blackfish

We have created this petition to encourage people to boycott and protest the forthcoming film "Blackfish". We object to this film because it is defamatory and libelous towards SeaWorld and to the family and friends of SeaWorld trainer Dawn Brancheau. We do not believe that anyone should seek financial profit from the accident or by deliberately spreading false information about SeaWorld or its animals. By signing this petition you will be sending a clear message to the producers of this film that we will not support their efforts to capitalize on this tragedy or exploit Dawn or SeaWorld for their own financial gain. The concept of this film offends us, and we do not support it. 

By creating this petition, we hope that the public will not patronize this film, and we hope to send a clear message to the producers that we find it to be both offensive and inflammatory.
