Change Student Code Of Conduct regarding hair color

On more than one occasion I have been addressed on my hair color, and so have many others. It's come to the point where you can't walk down the halls without being addressed, I'd find it more distracting to be taken out of class (and put in detention) than to be walking around with colored hair. The student body and I believe that we should be able to express ourselves as we choose, so long as we are not hurting anyone else.
