Although Hillary Clinton won three million more votes than Donald Trump, she lost to Trump in an electoral landslide. This is the second time this century that a presidential candidate has won the popular vote but lost the Electoral College. We urge the United States Congress to pass reform that would distribute electoral votes based on the popular vote.
