Enable All Colleges to Provide Birth Control

College is the time to find yourself and to establish a life for yourself. Having a baby at an early age can hinder any chance of that. Birth Control can be difficult to access for a lot of people. I believe that having it on the college campus itself will not only make the college look good because it will make them look like they care about the well-being of their students, but also make it easier for students to ensure responsible sex.
