Modification of Buell Mansion Solar Guidelines

Residents want to modify the guidelines to provide flexibility to allow for the installation of efficient solar systems in our community that allow for aesthetic standards to be maintained to ensure the consistent quality and value of our neighborhood. Therefore, we hereby petition the Board to update the HOA restrictions currently written to recognize the technology that is available to do so.
