Tell the Supreme Court to stand up to Trump's power grab

Trump and his allies are working to strip power from the judiciary and give it to the White House – but the Supreme Court conservative majority isn't saying a word about it. Only the Democratic appointees in the minority are pushing back (most recently, Justice Jackson). Chief Justice John Roberts is notably quiet as a church mouse, even though he is the head of the Judicial branch, and was recently sued by a group called America First, which was founded by Trump lackey Stephen Miller. Here's more on the lawsuit:

The case ostensibly proceeds as a FOIA lawsuit, with the Trump-aligned group seeking access to judiciary records. But, in doing so, it asks the courts to cede massive power to the White House: the bodies that make court policy and manage the judiciary's day-to-day operations should be considered independent agencies of the executive branch, the suit argues, giving the President, under the conservative legal movement's theories, the power to appoint and dismiss people in key roles.

This is a massive power grab by Trump, it guts the judicial branch in defiance of the Constitution, and the Supreme Court needs to stand up to him. Trump is hoping his hand-picked Supreme Court Justices will allow him to continue on his path to dictator unchecked. They need to come out strong against this lawsuit and act as a check on Trump – or the consequences will be dire. Sign your name to demand the Supreme Court stand up to Trump's power grab >>
