Terminate officer Kevin Dupre's position

The intentionally cruel act of killing two dogs should not be allowed on the grounds of animal welfare as well as being totally irresponsible with a gun.

What makes this all the more sick is that he filmed himself doing this and coaxed the poor dogs to their deaths.
