Mandatory Helmet Law in Illinois

Illinois is one of 3 states that does not require a motorcyclist to wear a helmet. This needs to change IMMEDIATELY!!!! Too many lives have been lost due to the lack of wearing a helmet while riding. Just today my best friend lost his life cause he wasn't wearing a helmet. How many more motorcyclist lives need to be lost before Illinois changes the law????
