Make the Pay Gap Dissapear

Women are payed less than men, and most people don't give it a second thought. This is unconstitutional and sexist. Women ar enot any less qualified than men. This needs to change. I propose 'paycheck supervisors' that dictate the pay for each worker without knowing their gender.. just the hourly wage, seniority, and how much they work to make sure its' equal.
