We need better laws to protect our pets .Pets should not be tied up in the yard for a lawn ornament

People should be outraged by this law that allows pet owners to tie their pets out doors from 6 am till 11 pm with the bare amount of food and water .Anybody who would pass this law knows nothing and doesn't care about pets This law protects the pet abuser and not the pets .Your pet should be treated like a family member or you shouldn't own a pet With this petition i will contact the supreme court and try and get this law changed so it will protect the pets .
