Stop the Gunfire & Explosions in Pearl City Industrial Park

We live in a military community that borders the Pearl City Industrial Park. Since moving here in July 2015, we have experienced constant gunfire, explosions, and screams from women. This occurs at all hours of the day, all days of the week! We have contacted the HPD about this matter, to no avail. The New Years celebration of 2016/2017 was extremely terrifying because there were automatic weapons fired repeatedly, as well as shotgun fire, and explosions. Where we live is populated by veterans of the Gulf Wars and Afghanistan, as well as numerous other conflicts. These veterans live here with their wives and children, furthering the possibility of conflict from service members fearing for the lives of their families! Whomever is exploding butane bombs in balloons, firing illegal weapons, accosting women, and otherwise using this industrial park for malfeasance, needs to be stopped!!
