Create a law that requires EVERY law enforcement agent under any juristiction (for example, but not limited to ATF, FBI, CIA, Local Police, State Police, NSA, etc.) to always wear a video camera at all times they are on duty that is required to be continually recording and that can be viewed at any time by civilian and any law enforcement at any time.

The unfettered and unrestrained abuse of power by those that we put our trust into has gone beyond justified, and has become opressively abusive. Too many examples abound to be put forth as evidence. Those places in the country that have instituted similar statutes on their local law enforcement have seen drastic reductions in police violence, and complaints against police officers.
