Allow Self Defense

As most of you know, you have to be 18 to be able to have any self defense weapons. I’d have to disagree with this as for there are so many young kids who may have to walk alone and have no way defend themselves against people with ill intentions. You should be able to carry at least pepper spray, So if you think we should be able to defend ourselves at any age, Please sign! thank you.
