Tell Rick Santorum that We Need More Science And Less Religion in Politics

Rick Santorum is widely known for his stance on religion. However, his insistence that religion has a vital place in our country's politics is unsettling. Santorum insist that while religion should have a solid place in the political spectrum, he criticizes the use of science such as elements supporting facts and concerns on global warming, evolution, human sexuality, stem-cell research, and other matters vital to our nation's growth.

While on a campaign stop at the University of Northern Iowa, Santorum spoke on the matter of education. He shared that he believes that "science should get out of politics" and that he is in strict opposition to teachings that support politically correct perspectives.

Our First Amendment states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Please help us remind Santorum of his responsibility to uphold the laws of our nation and remind him that religion has no place in our political system.
