Animal Justice

Some of our local dogs are fending for them selves. A dog is a child! Would you throw your kid on the street? Our community dogs are attacking other dogs and some of our children also. Last year my 7 year old cousin and grandmother were attacked walking to Lakeveiw School, do they have to be hospitalized by these animals before you do something about it? I thought we had a leash law? I thought we had 2 dogs pure house law? I thought we had a dog catcher? The people who actrually do take care of their aniamls are fearing for their well-being. Im scared to let my chihuahua out of the house to go pee. Im scared to take him for a walk. This is no life for us. I dont want to watching my every and his every move. Please cheif and council for the furture generation.
