Discrimination against large breed dog owners

To stop the discrimination from the insurance industry against "Large Breed Dog Owners" in California. It is next to impossible to get homeowners insurance in the state of California, if you have a large breed dog. Insurance companies have made list of dogs that they will not insure against. This makes it impossible to rent an apartment or a home in California if you have one of theese types od dogs. The insurance industry should not be allowed to make policy's that deny citizens the rights to own whatever type of dog that they wish. Please help eliminate these lists.
