REFORM CHILD CUSTODY LAWS
Millions of children are suffering due to wrongful awards of custody to abusive parents . The courts are not applying the law , reports used by the courts are bought out by corrupt litigator . The child voice is not heard. We must reform our child custody laws and hold all accountable. The child must be heard and the reports being presented be verified The rules should be clear if the courts neglected or the dept of social services and best interest attorneys failed in their responsibilities they must face federal prosecution so it becomes a deterrent for all. A jury should hear the case expeditiously from an aggrieved parent and if the court failed in its responsibilities the verdict should be reversed and the case set for federal prosecution for all those involved

We request that the child custody laws , legal procedures be reformed in the best interest of the child ONLY . The courts are NOT applying the law correctly corrupt litigators are engaged in subordination of perjury and bribery to buy out the reports . The courts are not verifying the reports and the child is prevented from testifying . The child custody is being wrongfully awarded and children are suffering from psychosocial problems being exposed to abusive parents . Best Interest attorneys are not advocating for the child making parents expend money for monetary gains . It is time that ruling of the court should be viewed by volunteers similar to a jury and if error of law and judgment are noted and the courts failed to apply the standards correctly , ithe Dept of social services or Best Interest attorney have failed in their responsibilities an expeditious trial should take place and the verdict over turned . All involved including judges , attorneys and Dept of social services should face federal prosecution . We have to save our children from these corrupt practices
