Focus HelloTalk app on Language learning! STOP SELFIES with a new report option!!

Moments area of the app can be useful, but we see that too many people publish selfies. These do NOT improve language learning. Developers should:
• Provide a TOP LEVEL OPTION TO REPORT SELFIES, the same as abusive language and spam.
• Add a warning in Moments area that selfies are not appropriate, the same way that there is a warning (and for the same reason) that enlarged profile pictures are not allowed.
• Help keep the focus on language learning! Help to stop selfies! Serious users want HelloTalk, not Instagram!
