Keep Our Neighborhood Quite

We all love our dogs, but it isn't fair to all the residents in our neighborhood to be subjected to constant barking dogs! We all live very close to each other and should be considerate of each family's privacy and the ability to enjoy being outside.

This petition is to ask for quite in our neighborhood. We hope you see fit to put rule in place to limit animals to a residents and put them inside if and when they cannot control the barking animal.
