remove a football coach from his position

william dilley is the head football coach and president of shamrock football in johnsonburg pa.i would like to see him removed from these positions because the kids do not like him,there have been numerous boys who have quit over the years because of him.this is suppposed to be a fun learning experience for boys at this age not a boot camp ran by a perfectionist.if your child is coming home crying after practice there is something wrong! Im not saying that it shouldnt be hard,it is football.But your child should not be afraid of his coach.He has also moved to st marys so there should not be any question as to why he should not coach in Johnsonburg.Are boys once they sign up can not go to another town,so why should a coach be able to come here from another town?regardless of where he came from.
