Justice for shali tilson and every other multi cultural human

Shali tilson was a 22 yr old multicultural male whom recently moved back to georgia due to a family emergency.He was residing in Warwick where he attended school at ccri. He also worked at the RI state house . He graduated photography classes and was on his way to completing his dreams with business plans on the rise who new one arrest could lead to his death we can provide characteristic letters from kindergarten up until this tragic event providing the truth of this unfortunate intelligent happy young soul whom life was cut short and the truth will never be told. Only to assume something went totally wrong being the second death in one month and knowing this person personally and the facts of this case seem to uncertain.His family is owed justice and peace to say the least. Thank you for you time it is sincerely appreciated and a true blessing if we can make a difference knowing the hurt will never go away but his family and friends are still at risk and so are so many other multi cultural people.
