The IPCC is NOT a true independent complaint system, for you to complain about the police officers bad behaviour.
They are made up of EX police officers and EX police civilian staff, so how can they be free of coursing a:
"Conflict of interest?"
Or
"Protection from biest behaviour, towards their fellow officers that they are asked to investigate?.
I have previoisly had asked for them to show me, the proof of who pays their wages and to make it public knowledge.
To Make their entire investigation transparent, open to be looked into by the complaintee or for the complaintee to sit in on the statements collection process:
So that the complaintee can asked the witness and even the complantif, their own reasonable questions.
BUT
They still refuse to be open.
They still refuse to be transparent.
They still refuse to see that they are unlawfully conflicted.
They still refuse to carry out a fully lawful investigation.
