Devote an entire day each school year to parent-teacher conferences

Each year parents and teachers in the Providence public public schools are given inadequate time to meet to discuss their child's education. We the undersigned propose devoting one day each year to parent-teacher conferences so that all families have adequate opportunity to meet with their children's teachers.
