petition for student's right to class access without fraudulent charges

Students have right to access their class without being charged fraudulently do to misplacing their ID card. Every other dept on campus can look up the student's identity using the number and verifying with state issued ID. Why wont the Recreational Sports Dept?

As students we pay for use of the facility through our tuition. We reserve our right to access the facility for our classes. The recreation center should have a secondary system to look up students who may misplace their university issued card by using the student's number and state issued ID. Students should not be fraudulently charged or have their grades sacrficed for the department's lack of service.
