Stop Property Tax Increases With No Results!

The city of Beaumont let the home owners from Fairway canyon that not only will the Mello Roos tax stay on longer, but will see a tax increase every year! The city promised to build a school, a fire station, and a subpolice station close to the community but all of these things have been canceled. The taxpayers don't know where their money is going!

Solution:
1. City of Beaumont to provide a full account of what the Mello roos/special assessment tax has been funding
2. Have a vote to decided whether the communities affected by this tax still want to continue to fund a tax to bring the school, fire station, and subpolice station to the community
3.Vote to have the mello roos/ special assessments tax to blanket every home owner in the city of Beaumont.
4.Vote to reassess and keep in full account what the mello roos/ special assessment tax money will be funding.
