There was never a trial in 2009 to hear the facts of the case.My attorney told me to enter a Nolo Contendre (No Contest Plea). He said it's just like I did in 2007 when my husband of 24years had a child outside of my marriage and I did a Non Contested divorce, because my health was in such a fragile state. The attorney ill-advised me that I would not have a fair trial in that community. The two key witnesses were the customer and General Contractor who owed my and my company money from prior agreements entered into in 2006. Fact-The Contract was with Melissa Bunns (Customer) and Fulco Construction, Inc. which was owned by William Fuller former NFL and Pro Football Player. Fact-I was the Project Manager. Fact- 2010-2011 it has been proven before Circuit Court in Norfolk VA and in Lancaster County VA that both individuals provided false testimony under oath and with the aid of the Prosecuting Attorney, the Bank of Lancaster, their Attorneys, and the Judge have been able to escape punishment for their perjury. In June 2011 William Fuller filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in the Norfolk VA Bankruptcy Court and named me as a Creditor for the $450,000.00 that he owed me. The Closing attorney Paul Christian Stamm retired abruptly after it was discovered that Melissa Bunns with the help of Bank of Lancaster Loan Officer Margaret Curtis, who also abruptly retired, had advanced herself over $61,000.00 of Construction Loan Funds to pay off personal debt and the HUD Settlement Sheet noted that she used the money to pay off her Lot where her home was to be built. However, as Project Manager, I was able to prove that I paid off the Lot for approx $16,000 which was paid directly to the Lienholder G. C. Dawson. In 2011, the Prosecuting Attorney lost his election to remain Commonwealth Attorney in Lancaster County. By signing this Petition you will enable me to go to the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Circuit Court of Lancaster to ask for a Trial so that this matter can be overturned and the injustice that was done will no longer have a negative impact on me and my children. The Bank of Lancaster should be held Accountable for covering up this fraudulent transaction, The Closing Attorney should be held accountable for falsely accusing me. The two witnesses the customer and the General Contractor should receive fines and penaties up to imprisonment for lying under Oath.
