Inside a home in Georgetown County, South Carolina, more than 250 dogs were living in filth, sickness, and fear. When rescuers finally got inside, they found 123 dogs still alive and 125 more tragically dead, some of their bodies hidden in trash bags and even inside the walls of the house. These dogs deserved safety, food, and care. Instead, they were left to suffer for years inside a home that should have been a refuge.
