Stop the Bullying, Stop the pain

Every month we hear of a young child, young adult, teenager, and even some adults committing suicide due to bullying. We hear nothing of schools stepping up and doing anything to stop it besides telling people "We have a no tolerance policy". Obviously, these policies don't do anything as it is still occurring, so we need to take a stand.

Schools should have hall monitors whether being volunteer students or teachers in the halls between periods, in the lunch rooms, walking the outside of the campuses. These students should never let on that they are in essence "working" for the school, and if something is found, there is no warning. The bullies are punished immediately for their actions, and it could save a life.
