Speeding!

I live on Flanders way. Aurora, CO 80017 and we have a big problem with vehicles speeding through to get to jewel street and beet the light. I want to get speed bumps put on our street. Vehicles are doing well over 40 MPH inside a 25 MPH zone. I am worried for all the kids that come to our street to take the school bus.
