Help STOP the 17,000 Sq. Ft. House and the 8.1 foot high fence

An architect is asking for approval to construct a metal fence standing 8'1'' tall on Arbutus and Chalon as this is a double lot hitting both streets. They have already received their approval to build the 17,000 sq. Ft. Hotel that they are calling a single family home. (Not sure how that snuck past us all.) Please help stop this super high fence, which will completely obstruct the view for so many of us in Mandeville. Sad that we are going to lose so much natural beauty when they demolish the trees, plants, and wildlife to construct the palace...let's at least try to keep some of the broader view.
