Rezoning for Caffe Pronto

We are a small family owned coffee shop that has been in business since 2010. We sell homemade pastries, gelatos and coffees of all kind. We would like to now expand our business and be able to serve beer and wine as well. The problem is that the property that we sit on is not zoned for the sale of alcohol and would like to get the permission of our neighbors to make this happen. We are asking our neighbors to support us in making our business bloom. This petition will then be handed over to the hearing board for the decision.
