Please help the local people of Cardiff save their beautiful landscape and wildlife to prevent the vast build of 7,000 homes currently planned on 900 acres of this land in north west Cardiff'. If this building site is to address the capital's housing shortage then why is it that only 30% of the homes will be affordable housing! How do we sincerely know that the 'affordable' housing will be actually be affordable by the people of Cardiff in need of housing and on low incomes that need them most.
Finally, how can the publication state that they are working with the local landowner to bring forward with the development when that landowner does even actually live on and work on site!!
