Get Respect for Dialysis patients, Now!

The undersigned have, and continue to have, numerous confrontations with the charge nurse named Liz. We feel she has no compassion or respect for the patients under her care. For example, disregard for patients requests, making inappropriate and hurtful comments to, and about patients. Her general attitude and demeanor makes many patients uncomfortable and resentful.

Undergoing dialysis is already a stressful experience. The added stress brought on by an non-compassionate and argumentative charge nurse Is counterproductive to good health.
Attempts to resolve the situation have been unsuccessful.

Our solution would be to replace the charge nurse. We had a great relationship with Terry when she was the charge nurse. Our desire is that she be brought back as charge nurse.
