End Rape in Nigeria Now!!!!

Rape has always been a stigma in Nigeria. However, the coronavirus lockdown has seen increased cases of rape, molestation and murder of women. Some of these cases are not just psychologically inclined. Rituals and satanic attachments can be traced to some of these rituals.
I want the Nigerian parliament at all levels to promulgate a law that sincerely punishes the rapist, even if it is by chemical castration or capital punishment.
