Make cutting the ears and tails of dogs classified as extreme animal abuse.

It is not right to cut an animals ears for looks and the same for their tails. They are born with them and should not be removed. I feel it is a rather brutal and selfish thing to do to an animal. The solution being anyone who does serves time in jail or prison and is never allowed a pet again. These creatures do not need to suffer this especially when it is just for "looks".
