Parking on 29th Street which is commercially zoned

The residents of 29th Street cannot park on their street because the employees of Jack Daniels take up all the spots on the street from 9 A.M. To 10 P.M. This is a commercially zoned street with two hour parking. The residents demand that the parking is enforced on a daily basis.
