Termination of Parental Rights

The father has nothing to do with the child and has stated that he wants nothing to do with her and also has agreed to sign his rights away, I am also in agreeance with this decision. The child will be adopted by my Finace Aaron Shane Waugh after we are married. The child has already petitioned the court to change her last name to my Fiance's last name of Waugh. The child wants nothing to do with her Father John Herman Baker III. The child wishes to have no contact with said father or for him to have any rights to her. The said father has no custody of the child and has no legal visitation to the child.
