Asking Garys Barber Shop to leave Jellico.

We the citizens of Jellico are asking our local government to stand behind us as we ask Mr. Taylor to remove his barbershop from the city of Jellico.

  • We BELIEVE that: He is using home made cages to trap and remove animals that cross his property. Some of these are loving pets. These cages have been spotted on his property.
      • We BELIEVE that: He breaks the code of trust to his customers by gossiping and telling untruthful stories about them after they leave his shop.
        • We KNOW that: He has publicly flamed and humiliated other local barbers by posting hateful and misleading signs on his property.
        • We KNOW that: He has been publicaly caught in the act of slander concerning his customers.
        • We KNOW that: He is rude, offensively impolite and ill-mannered with surrounding businesses and people in the area.

We the people of Jellico are coming together to better our town. We want to see a decrease in the drugs and prostitution that has placed our beloved town on the local news more than once. Events that the local news publicly stated was based on the Kentucky State line, where his business is located. We want to encourage the good values that this town was built on. Mr. Taylor is not a resident of Jellico, with this said we feel that he does not value the best interest of our town or our citizens.

The citizens of Jellico has spoken. Please let our voices be heard and respected. We do not support nor do we want this man and his buisness in our town.
