Save Watertown Green and Open Space

The Watertown School Building Committee is working on a major project to renovate and build new Watertown School Buildings. The proposed plans include using town property green space and other open areas. The Watertown Community has not been included in these major decisions. The cost of the renovations and best choice for space utilization should include a voice from Watertown taxpayers, residents, Town Leadership, the School Committee, and other key stakeholders. The project impact on the Community and Watertown Living should be a major consideration in the final decision. Preservation of Watertown green space and open living areas open to all Watertown residents should not be determined by the School Building Committee.
