Unlimited noise ordinance exemption must be removed - reworked.

The central issue is an unlimited noise ordinance exemption—a loophole that permits any level of noise without restrictions. According to Lisle Director Smetana, several nearby villages allow similar exemptions, giving park districts and schools free rein to generate unlimited noise.
This exemption must be removed. Ask yourself: would you want a shooting range—or any other disruptive, high-noise activity—next to your home with no legal limits on sound?
