The disconnection with the energy chain has gone too far. The need for neutrality is more obvious than ever. Conservation is needed rather than banning pipelines. Protestors flying around the globe, politicians flying around the globe. The use of electricity generated by carbon products at an all time high, all to prevent global warming.... Seems counterintuative. Especially when Geological research suggests that we are currently moving from an Icehouse (Cooling) to Greenhouse ( Warming) era within Geological time. Let's all start listening to each other.
In the 21st century all the essentials of life are at the tips of our finger tips. With this, it seems we have been completely disconnected with where our true energy comes from. There seems to be a growing polorization on the subject that does not help anyone.
This petition is to try and get people that feel strongly about their opinion to listen to others rather than looking for confirmation that their own. No one benefits by taking one specific subject and becoming ignorant about your opinion. A recent example would be trying to shut a valve off on a pipeline that would have caused loss of life and an huge environmental disaster.
