Dismiss the Charges Against Cheyenne Jacob Webb
Many of you have seen the short video going around. What you saw was a heated moment. What you did not see was everything that happened before that clip began.
Before the video starts, Cheyenne was approached and confronted. His truck was surrounded, and he was unable to leave. The situation escalated quickly. When law enforcement arrived, someone shouted that he had a gun. That claim was false. Officers searched him and his vehicle. No firearm was found.
Despite that, Cheyenne was arrested, spent time in jail, and is now facing serious charges.
We are not asking for arguments. We are not trying to divide anyone. We are simply asking for fairness.

We urge the Salt Lake County District Attorney to carefully review the facts surrounding Cheyenne Webb’s case and to recognize this as an opportunity to correct a mistake.
