PayPal closing animal shelter accounts

PayPal is closing animal shelter accounts and are not giving any reason so no donations are getting through and are keeping the money in these accounts, shelters relies on this money to feed these animals, when people make donations they want it to go to the shelters and not to line the pockets of these companies.
