Matthew Bingaman lives in South Carolina and we are petitioning for his arrest for abusing the mother of his child and child endangerment.

This twisted individual almost murdered a mother and her child. He doesn't deserve to go unpunished for his actions. Let alone have another chance at catching her alone with her baby.
