Dear Sir ,

In case of Sant Asaramji Bapu . he is in judical custody since last 3 year and 6 month in allegagion of molestaion but after got arrested and taken medical check up of accused girl there is no any guilty and rep got prooven in medical report. and in FIR no any charges like 376 after all this there is no Bail given to Old Godmen whoes age is more then 70 year. its his constitutionaly rights to get bail aafter no alegation proof. but in his case no bail given him as so far. so we decided to give application for this under RTI section why is this is deled. plseae take inneciative and avile us all case hirings documents and charge sheet copy from first to last heirings as of now in this case. it is our right to know under RTI so please awile as soon as faster.
