STOP the Government of Samoa of Culling Stray Dogs and Exporting their Meat!

Because DOGS have the RIGHT to LIVE. Because we humans have the responsibility to care for these animals. Because dog meat is not meant for consumption. Because dogs are doemstic animals and continuous and enormous killings of these animals will cause danger to the lives of humans.
