Demand to Live Safely in Apatment Building E and F

It has come to our attention, that Karen in Apt E 49 is sick, and drinks an awful lot. While she is so intoxicated, she smokes in her apartment. It's been rumored that she has burned holes in her bedding, and on her body. We are concerned that she will harm herself, as well as the people around her. If she continues to smoke while intoxicated in her apartment, and passes out. She could bring more harm to herself, and others, by burning down the Apartment building. As you probably already know, there are people using oxygen in her apartment building. We are not looking to get her kicked out of her apartment, but we would like to see her get some help. We the concerned citizens of Building E and F, are tired of living in fear of our lives, as well as her life. Hoping to get enough signatures to do something, and make a difference.
